Beautifully written, —with the ironic, bitter tinge that few care to taste. The only, & IMHO most revolutionary act, in the modern world is being a living treasure of health, —existing as an act of truth. I agree 100% with your initiation of a health recovery routine: 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺'𝘴 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘤𝘬𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘵 𝘥𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘺, —

«So everyone needs to begin with:

• Sunlight within 30 minutes of waking

• Total darkness at night

• Food only during daylight hours

• Daily movement, grounded in nature

• Sleep and stillness, circadian-timed

These are not lifestyle trends, but lets go ahead and call them that — but this is how humans were coded for millions of years, lets go against that code because of the convenient inventions that have taken place in the last 60-50 years and up to modern day life.

If we don’t teach people to align with time — with rhythm — then we’re not helping. We’re just managing symptoms while the root continues to rot — this isn’t about being anti-doctor either — this is about being pro-truth so that we can be pro-active and have control over our health.
