I know firsthand. Because my mom did all of it.
She wore sunblock, she avoided the sun, she followed every instruction like the good hearted and honest person that she was — she still got skin cancer, not once, but twice.
Two different times. Two different surgeries. And trust me when I say, we all got worried and scared to lose her.
Look she didn’t rebel, she didn’t dismiss the advice — she low-key doubled down — because when someone you love dearly is scared, and the system is all we know, we tend to cling harder to the only people who could help… “white coats and protocols it was” — that fear becomes obedience and that’s how the system traps people, unfortunately.

I wasn’t asking her to take a risk, I wasn’t giving her pseudoscience protocols or even a spiritual bypass — I was giving her biology principles — the real kind — the kind that respects sunlight, rhythm, melatonin, and the body's true design.

They didn’t save her. Because they never learned how — that’s the moment it all became clear:
The system doesn’t need more degrees, it needs more truth, and it needs people with the guts to say it — the problem is the “fully indoctrinated.”
The System Didn’t Just Fail Her — It Profited Off Her Death Big Time!
It was that everything I said went against the centralized narrative — against the medical protocol, against the false “sunlight is harmful” dogma, against the pharmaceutical dependence, against the blind obedience.
And it wasn’t just her fear I was up against… it was her husband as well, the man she trusted — fully indoctrinated as well & worse — he dismissed everything I said. Not with reason — but with programming, trusting the doctors, the white coats, the system — why? Because ‘they’ educated us with superior pedestal placement.
So what happened?
The $1.5+ Million Dollar Lie
Three months in La Jolla with the “best care in the world” and $1.5 million dollars in treatments — not once did they control the artificial lights at night (ALAN), not once did they take her out to get full solar spectrum light, not once did they give her real food — I was astonished by the ultra-processed and packaged food they were giving her… jello? Ensure protein bottles? Dessert cakes and pastries?
Someone has stage 3 moving into stage 4 cancer and you are giving them heaps of artificial fake sugar because the hospital has a food and beverage contract to fulfill — yeah, we’re fucked — and the medical patient financial coordinator/ counselor only cares about one thing… maximize the benefits, while liaising between the hospital and the insurance company making sure the treatments are covered before services are rendered — and yes I get it, business is business — and that’s the problem, it’s just business on the expense of human health.
The medical system does not align treatment with biology — people would start healing too fast for the business model to survive —
Not Once Did They Address:
Her mitochondria
Her genes being mistimed
Her cells out of sync with solar reality
Her immune system being suppressed
Her hormonal expression off
Her melatonin silenced by fluorescent bulbs

These are here to regulate the timing of everything from immune function to metabolism to tumor suppression — these clocks are synchronized by the SCN — your brain’s master clock — through signals triggered by: light, dark, food timing, and behavior.

Time Heals: How Circadian Alignment Prevents Cancer by Reconnecting Us to Nature
Modern life fractures our deepest connection to time — sunlight, meals, darkness, and sleep — so when environmental signals go missing, biological systems alter — meaning that cancer development doesn’t occur in a vacuum — it’s the result of cumulative misalignment.
Morning Light — The Master Reset
We have a behavioral gap, we wake up screens and not sunshine — we blind our clocks before they can even begin. Meaning that the retinal melanopsin captures morning light, entraining the central clock (SCN) and without it, peripheral clocks lose sync, disrupting metabolism, cell-cycle timing and DNA repair.
SCN entrainment is essential for coordinating DNA repair, immunity, metabolism and cell-cycle — all of which are anticancer defenses.
Clock Genes (BMAL1/CLOCK → PER/CRY)
The behavioral gap continues — with erratic schedules erasing a natural gene rhythm — meaning that the link between clocks and timed oscillations begins to show abnormal proliferation.
In the morning, when sunlight hits your eyes, it sends a signal to your brain to start the day — that signal tells two important proteins (BMAL1 & CLOCK) to wake up and start working.
These two proteins are like the managers of your body’s time system — together they turn on a bunch of other worker proteins, including ones called “PER & CRY” — as the day goes on, PER and CRY build up inside your cells — once it’s night, they say “okay, time to shut things down” and they turn off BMAL1 and CLOCK — starting the next cycle.
This creates a full 24 hour loop:
Morning = start the day
Night = shut it down and repair
Why this matters?
Because when this loop controls really important stuff:
When your cells grow and divide
When your body repairs DNA
When damaged cells get deleted (so they don’t turn into cancer)
One of the most important tools in that system is a protein called p53 — it’s like a security guard. It checks your DNA for damage and stops bad cells from multiplying. But it only works properly if this clock system is running on time — so if your schedule is misaligned to natures code — as if you’re up late, eating at midnight, staring at screens all night — this system starts to break, and p53 can’t do its job — no bueno at all.
And that’s exactly how circadian disruption can lead to cancer development — your body loses its timing, and broken cells slip through the cracks.
So to break it down real quick on what happens when your light/dark cycles dampens your NAD+ rhythm:
DNA repair genes are not triggered → mutations accumulate

Apoptosis is how your body kills off damaged cells before they turn into cancer
It's scheduled to happen at certain times — meaning thank you to the clock proteins like PER2 and p53 — which only happen when your body is in natural rhythm
